Billy Joe Wilson, born June 23, 1977 in Tyler, Tex., passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 5, 2025 in Vallejo, Calif. He is survived by his father, stepfather, siblings, and nieces and nephews. He was preceeded in death by his mother.
No services will take place, but his ashes will be spread at a later date.
